As a luxury wedding planner, we provide a comprehensive full-service package. This allows to ensure, that your entire planning journey and wedding day run as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Allowing you to savour and cherish every moment.
2. What budget should we anticipate, if we want to collaborate with you?
You should budget at least €800 per guest, when working with us. For example, last year, the average budget of our couples was around €130,000 for 80 guests, which translates to an average of €1,625 per guest. There are no maximum limits to what you can spend.
3. In which regions do you work?
We specialize in weddings in Ireland, Germany, and Italy, but we are also open to plan destination weddings worldwide.
4. How far in advance should we book you?
It’s never too early to start planning your dream wedding! If you have specific dates or venues in mind, we recommend reaching out as early as possible. Typically, we work with our couples between 8 and 16 months before their wedding day. Shorter timeframes are possible, but please be prepared to make quick decisions with tight timelines.
5. How many weddings do you plan per year?
We limit the number of weddings we plan to 5 to 10 per year, depending on the complexity and scale of each event. This allows us to dedicate the necessary time to each couple and provide a personalized, high-quality service.
6. Do you work with international clients planning destination weddings?
Absolutely! Many of our couples come from the United States, Canada, Switzerland, and Asia. We are experienced in planning destination weddings for clients from all over the world.
7. Do you only work with specific vendors, or can we make suggestions?
We offer bespoke advice tailored to each couple and are happy to accommodate your vendor preferences or suggestions. Our goal is to ensure every aspect of your wedding matches your vision.
8. How does the initial consultation work, and how much does it cost?
The initial consultation is free of charge. It lasts around 30 to 45 minutes and is conducted via Zoom in a relaxed atmosphere. We discuss your vision and ensure we’re the right fit for you. Afterward, we’ll provide a written offer.
9. Do you assist with pre- and post-wedding events or honeymoons?
We are more than happy to help plan any event surrounding your wedding, from bachelorette parties to welcome dinners, farewell brunches, or even your honeymoon.
10. Do you plan elopements or small weddings?
Yes, we are happy to plan weddings of all sizes. Whether it’s an intimate elopement or a small gathering with close friends and family, we tailor the experience to your needs.
11. What is the process for working with you, from the consultation to the wedding day?
After your inquiry, we schedule a free consultation to get to know each other and ensure we’re a good fit. If you decide to work with us, we send a contract and a deposit invoice. Once confirmed, we create a rough budget plan and an initial mood board to capture the vision for your wedding.
Afterwards, we scout venues and begin the vendor selection process, ensuring every choice aligns with your style and preferences. About 6 months before your wedding, we dive into the detailed wedding design, crafting a personalized concept that covers every visual element, from decor to floral arrangements.
As your wedding day approaches, we oversee all logistics, coordinate with vendors, and manage timelines to ensure everything runs smoothly. On the day of your wedding, our team is present to manage every detail so you can relax and enjoy the celebration stress-free.

Before your wedding day, we provide moral support and oversee the setup, so you can relax. On the day itself, we manage everything from vendor coordination to troubleshooting, ensuring you and your guests have a seamless, unforgettable experience. One of our team members will always be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
